Creativeness is a word that could be used to described recent activity.

100K Strong LogoCo is chairing the committee that is focusing on the 100,000 Strong youth and education program. He, John, Marilyn, Steve and others have met with staff members at the University of Northern Colorado, AIMS Community College and have a meeting pending with the University of Colorado. Steve met with staff at the Federal University in Diamantina, Minas Gerais BRAZIL, who are excited to be able to exchange teachers and students with those in Colorado. Getulio Carnival 2014Community members of Denver, Greeley, Kersey, and Laramie (Wyoming) appreciated the talents of Getulio with dance demonstrations and instruction in tango, forro, and smiling this month. A Partners grant helped with his travel expenses. Members and friends provided transportation, food, and lodging. In return, friendships were established and deepened. This was another example of connection at its best.

50th convention logoConvention attendees in Florianopolis BRAZIL will include ten from the Colorado Chapter and one from the Minas Gerais Chapter. Creative juices will flow as ideas are exchanged with Partners from across the Americas. Make plans now to attend the next Chapter meeting, Sunday afternoon, December 7th in Denver. Refreshments will be catered by Little Brazil. Special entertainment will be scheduled, in addition to reports from these travelers and committee members.
